CIOs Philippines Basic Mandate
The Institute of Chief Information Officers Philippines Inc, or CIOs  Philippines, is a professional organization of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and other ICT Leaders

We, the CIOs^*1, CTOs^*2, CISOs^*3, and other IT leaders^*4 and professionals, both in government and private enterprises, in the Philippines committed to leveraging information  & communications technology for our nation’s strategic development value the transformative power of ICT in building a prosperous, inclusive, and sustainable future. This manifesto guides our actions and decisions to harness ICT for nation-building.
